Terms of Use

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• •"User" or "you": any individual (natural person) or legal entity that accesses or uses the Services, whether as a consumer (B2C) or business client (B2B).
• •"Platform": the Ysona web-based interface, automated workflows, and related tools through which the Services are delivered.
• •"Document": any legal document or template generated or delivered through the Platform.
• •"Submission": any information, data, or content you provide through the intake forms or other input mechanisms.
• •"Content": any text, data, information, or materials made available through the Platform by Ysona.
• •"Execution": a single automated run of the document generation workflow triggered by a form Submission.

2. Description of Services

2.1 What Ysona Provides

Ysona is an automated legal service platform that generates standardised Greek law legal documents. Documents are generated based on our up-to-date templates reviewed by a Greek qualified lawyer and the information you provide.

2.2 Not Legal Advice

The Services do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or the practice of law.

2.3 Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and Account

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3.2 Business Users

If you are using the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include that entity.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you provide in your Submission. Ysona generates Documents based on your inputs and cannot verify the accuracy of information provided. Any errors or omissions in your Submission may result in a Document that is incorrect or unenforceable.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

• •Generating legal documents for your own personal or business use.
• •Using Documents as a template or starting point for further legal review.
• •Accessing the Platform for informational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You must not:

• •Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
• •Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorisation.
• •Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Platform, workflows, or templates.
• •Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent.
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
• •Use the Services to generate documents intended for jurisdictions or purposes for which they are not designed.
• •Introduce malicious code, viruses, or other harmful material into the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ysona's Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to the document templates, automated workflows, software, branding, and Content, are owned by or licensed to Ysona. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in such intellectual property except as expressly set out herein.

5.2 Your Documents

The Document generated for you based on your Submission belongs to you. However, the underlying template and logic used to generate that Document remain the exclusive property of Ysona.

5.3 Feedback

If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services, you grant Ysona a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and incorporate such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

6. Fees and Payment

All fees are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated or required by applicable law.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of the Services involves the processing of personal data. Such processing is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Ysona processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Greek Law 4624/2019. Data submitted through the intake forms is used solely for the purpose of generating your Document and logging the Execution, and is not sold to third parties.

By submitting information through our intake forms, you acknowledge that the data you provide may include personal data relating to third parties. You represent that you have the legal authority to submit such data and that doing so does not violate any applicable data protection obligations.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ysona expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to:

• •Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• •Warranties that Documents will be legally valid, enforceable, or appropriate for your specific situation.
• •Warranties that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• •Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any Content or Document.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ysona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of the Services.

To the extent that liability cannot be fully excluded, Ysona's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Ysona in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Ysona does not bear any liability for any damages deriving from fraud or negligence.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ysona and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; or (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform relies on third-party service providers to deliver the Services, including but not limited to form intake tools, document generation services, file storage, and email delivery providers. Your use of the Services may be subject to the terms and policies of such third parties.

Ysona is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services and accepts no liability arising from your use of or reliance on such services.

12. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to taking effect for existing users. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Termination

Ysona may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by applicable law.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of law principles.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece, except where mandatory provisions of applicable EU consumer protection law provide otherwise for individual consumers.

Consumer users in the EU may also have access to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr for resolving disputes.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ysona with respect to your use of the Services.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

Any failure by Ysona to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Ysona may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.

15.5 Language

These Terms are drafted in Greek. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the Greek version shall prevail. An English translation may be provided for convenience only.
